A resident of Central Florida for 20 years, Joie resides in the Dr. Phillips area and currently serves on the Bay Park Architectural Review Board.  A background in the health industry ranging from medical secretary to working for the American Lung Association, she sought to work more closely with the public and became a licensed Realtor in 2001.  A dedicated Exclusive Buyer Agent, Joie’s commitment to protecting the Buyer’s interests is evident in her relentless attention to details and meticulous follow up for her clients.  She is the ultimate researcher, spending countless hours evaluating properties to ensure the buyer makes a good, informed decision when purchasing real estate.
