no seller property listings. With total commitment

given up listings to form a new buyers-only company.
Reluctantly received by the profession, the movement
nevertheless has achieved a well-defined niche in
the realty world and growing identity not only in
the profession, but in all important national consumer
groups and the home buying public.
In February of 1995, a group of real estate agents
came together and formed "The National Association
of Exclusive Buyer Agents" - the sole requirement
for membership: neither the agent nor the agency shall
take seller property listings! The motto adopted:
"Above All, The Consumer" reminding members
that buyer-client interests always come first!
